   • Other Related Services: As may be offered on our website from time to time.

   1.2 Each purchase of our Services may include one or more rounds of revisions, as specified in the service description.
   1.3 Additional revisions beyond those included may be available for an extra fee. Please contact us for details.
   1.4 For services with a dedicated writer assigned to answer your questions, this support will be provided during the resume service until we deliver what we call the final version(s) and for up to one (1) week thereafter.
   1.5 Upon purchasing our Services, we will reach out to you via email to gather any additional information required.
   1.6 We may use communication from you in emails as testimonials on our website, including only your first name and last name initial for privacy purposes.
   1.7 All communication regarding our Services will be conducted online; no phone calls will be held.
   1.8 We exclusively deliver all documents, including resumes, cover letters, and other services, using Google Docs and Microsoft Word formats.

2. Payment and Refunds
   2.1 Payment for our Services is due upfront and is non-refundable once work has commenced.

3. Success of Resume, Profile, and Cover Letter
   3.1 While we strive to provide you with the best possible results, we do not guarantee the success of your resume, LinkedIn profile, or cover letter. Their effectiveness depends on various factors, including the accuracy of the information you provide and your qualifications.

4. Responsibility for Content Accuracy
   4.1 You are responsible for carefully reviewing the final content of your resume, LinkedIn profile, and cover letter. Any inaccuracies or misleading information are your sole responsibility to correct. We are not liable for any consequences arising from errors.

5. Amendments
   5.1 We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
